About Your Role:

• Provide excellent customer service from day one
• Assist clients with queries and issues regarding the brand
• Manage client portfolios and keep track of all information to ensure a positive customer experience
• Act as the point of contact before and after purchases, handling questions, requests, and complaints
• Perform outbound calls and email services

Requirements:

• Level C1/C2 or Native Swedish language skills
• English knowledge to follow training and communicate at work
• Well organized and proactive
• Act with integrity and ethics
• Team player
• Positive attitude and motivation to face new challenges
