Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00‑15:00 or 11:00‑19:00 (8‑hour shifts).

Salary: Competitive salary. Complexity bonus paid 11 months. Meal allowance: €7. 63 daily.

Your Role
- Provide B2B customer support for advertisers.
- Manage product troubleshooting across email and chat.
- Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering for complex resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication.
- Deliver product guidance and usage support.
- Maintain case accuracy, updates, and documentation.
- Contribute to improvements in service processes.
Requirements
- Portuguese C1-C2.
- Experience on paid campaign management is mandatory.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a Contact Centre / Advertising Tech program.
- Strong knowledge of social media and advertising basics.
- Customer service orientation.
- Teamwork and independent working ability.
- Valid work permit for Portugal required; no visa sponsorship provided.
