Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 8‑hour shifts

Days Off: 2 rotative days

Languages Required: French C1 + English C1 (solid C1 proven by Harver English assessment)

Type of Contract: CDD 6 months

Welcome Bonus: 1. 000 euros

Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist for the Payment Solutions Account, you will:

• Provide professional support to users of digital payment services.
• Manage customer queries and resolve issues across email and chat.
• Ensure adherence to service levels and high‑quality responses at every interaction.
• Collaborate with in‑house teams to resolve technical and general inquiries.
• Document cases accurately and provide timely follow‑ups until resolution.
• Maintain customer satisfaction metrics throughout the case journey.
• Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including nights.

Requirements

Fluent French C1

Solid English C1

Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service

Strong customer‑oriented mindset

Ability to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts)

Team player with the ability to work independently

Valid work permit for Portugal (no visa sponsorship)
