About OWHM Hospitality Management Lda

OWHM Hospitality Management, Lda, founded in 2021 in São Martinho do Porto (Alcobaça), operates in the hotel and catering sector. Its main activities are hotel management, including establishments with restaurants, and consultancy in businesses related to the sector.

Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to a company’s products and services. He/she will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner.

• Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.
• Resolve phone,
  - in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
• Process and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
• Identify customer needs.
• Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
• Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
• Update customer information as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Perform other duties as the need arises.

What you’ll be provided with during your stay:
