What Youll Do

• Interact with social media users via messaging channels
• Resolve questions related to account features, usage, and platform policies
• Deliver helpful, respectful support in Russian
• Collaborate with colleagues from around the world in a

What You Bring

• Fluent Russian (C1+)
• English (B1+) for internal communication and training
• Good communication skills, patience, and a

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (2 days off per week included)
