Position:
Customer Service Advisor (French OR German+ English)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users with
- sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels (including social messaging). - Adapt the brands voice and tone to suit both private and public channels (e. G. , phone, email, social media, forums,
- commerce reviews). - Handle customer escalations appropriately and escalate issues to higher levels of support as required.
- Respond to inbound customer requests, ensuring relevant case information is documented accurately.
- Provide technical troubleshooting assistance to customers, especially in technical queries (experience in troubleshooting is preferred).
- Maintain professionalism and a
- focused approach at all times.
Profile Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in customer service (voice, email, chat).
- Experience with technical troubleshooting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in both French (native) and English (B2 level).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workloads.
- Experience in adapting communication style to match the brands voice and tone.
