Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated
Customer Service Representative
to join our
- site team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver
- quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 21:00 (8 hour shifts)
• 2 rotating days off per week

Profile Requirements:

• Fluent French (C1) and B1+ English
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends
• What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: 900 euros (x14 months)

• Performance bonus: 100 euros (x11 months)
• Daily meal allowance of 7, 63 euros
• Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros
• Estimated total monthly compensation: :1, 105 euros

• This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary, the performance bonus, daily meal allowance (calculated for :22 working days), and transport allowance.
