Your Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and care.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requests and resolutions.

Logistics

• Support with shipping and receiving of products, ensuring accuracy and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and maintaining proper organization.
• Help coordinate transport with carriers and manage required documentation.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to support smooth operations.

Your Profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized,
  - oriented, and able to
  - task.
• Problem-solving mindset with a
  - player attitude.
• Comfortable with computer tools and systems.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
