As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding
- commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues. Document interactions accurately and maintain data accuracy in our system. Adapt to rapid changes and contribute ideas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
- Assist viewers through phone, chat, and emails regarding different queries.
- Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality. Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
