
Customer Service Representative - Italian Speaker [241-001596-1]
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative, fluent in French and English, to join our dynamic and international team in Lisbon. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between clients and employees, guaranteeing high-quality and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with employees to ensure timely execution of services; Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring accurate data collection; Troubleshoot service execution issues (e.g., access difficulties); Manage client feedback, including complaints, damages, or quality concerns; Handle employee absences according to internal procedures; Ensure clients' payment information is accurate and up to date; Respond to employee inquiries about contracts and payroll; Provide performance feedback to employees and escalate issues when necessary; Process contract changes as needed; Assist in planning and organizing events for employees and clients; Make regular contact with employees and clients to ensure service quality and gather feedback. Your Profile: Fluency in French and English (C1); Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Customer-focused with great phone etiquette and relationship-building skills; Ambitious, committed, and eager to grow professionally; Problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
