We are looking for Italian speakers to join our multinational client as Customer Service Representatives - Beauty Advisors in Porto, Portugal. If you have a passion for beauty and skincare, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: onsite, at the client's office accessible via metro, train, and bus

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via live chat, phone, emails, and web forms.


• Handle inquiries related to product information, beauty advice, returns, deliveries, and refunds.


• Offer personalized beauty recommendations and care advice.


• Address customer concerns regarding data privacy (GDPR) and subscription management.


• Process and report
  - related customer concerns following internal guidelines.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Passion for beauty and skincare.


• Customer-oriented mindset with
  - solving abilities.


• Ability to work in a dynamic and
  - paced environment.


• Previous experience in customer service or beauty advisory is a plus.


• EU ID or a valid residence card for Portugal (a MUST).

Details

• Duration: 5 days (8 hours per day) conducted in English.


• Comprehensive product training, customer management techniques, and system navigation.


• Training compensation will be provided upon successful completion.

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week on a rotational shift schedule.


• Workdays: Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 20:00.


• Portuguese public holidays apply, with compensatory leave for working on holidays.


• 12-month renewable contract, with potential for permanent employment after two years.


• Christmas and holiday allowances (paid in monthly installments).
