JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:

1. As a Customer Service Representative, together with your colleagues, you will provide warm, friendly and personal customer service to customers by
   - mail, chat, or phone in Hebrew language.
2. Placing orders from customers on the online shopping website.
3. Assistance with concerns regarding payment transactions and shipping.
4. Support the customers before, during, and after purchase.
5. Look proactively and with the help of the team, to improve the customer experience at each interaction.

Requirements:

1. Required fluent knowledge of Hebrew language (level B2 and more).
2. Required communicative knowledge of English language.
3. High communication skills.
4. Experience in call center work will be an asset.

We offer:

1. Legal work based on Portugal employment contract for a long period of time.

5. 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 07:00h to 22:00h.

    - On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.
