Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and provide
- quality assistance

Recommend and sell products tailored to customer needs

Cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services

Support customers with booking management and
- booking inquiries

Assist travel agents with reservation support, changes, and issue resolution

Provide detailed and accurate information on destinations, pricing, boats, documentation, and
- related queries

Requirements

Language Skills

Native or fluent Danish (C2) written and spoken

Experience & Competencies

Previous customer service or sales experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or tourism

Strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport and engage customers

Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries with accuracy

Experience with
- selling and upselling services or products

Customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence

Familiarity with booking or travel management systems is a strong advantage

High attention to detail and strong
- solving ability

Ability to work effectively in a
- paced environment
