• Enjoys working with customers and has excellent communication skills.
• Possesses an international mindset.
• Experience in a contact center role is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer needs.
• Address customer queries and concerns regarding products, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Use multiple channels to communicate with customers (voice, email, social media).
• Handle calls from customers regarding orders and purchases.
• Assist with clicks and order collection.
