- You enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills.
- You possess an international mindset.
- Experience in a contact center role is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer needs.
- Solve customer queries and concerns regarding products, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Use multiple channels to communicate with customers (voice, email, social media).
- Handle calls from customers regarding orders and products.
- Assist with clicks and order collection.
