Job Description:

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Porto.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: Work from Home

Employment type: Fixed-term (6 months) with possibility of extension or permanent contract

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries
Sell products tailored to customer needs
Cross-sell and upsell products and related services
Provide support for
- booking and booking management
Assist travel agents with bookings and ensure smooth processing
Provide comprehensive information on destinations, documentation, pricing, etc.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in travel or hospitality
Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport over the phone
Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently
Experience in upselling and
- selling
Customer-focused attitude with
- quality service commitment
Knowledge of booking systems or travel management tools is a plus
Attention to detail and
- solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a
- paced environment
Work schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00-17:00
