Responsibilities

• Assist customers via multiple channels in Dutch and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with clear solutions and guidance.
• Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring customers feel heard and understood.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent and seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1+).
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2+), written and oral.
• Willingness to work in the office for the first 6 months; thereafter a hybrid model.
• Availability to work shifts Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and listening.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.
