• Prioritise and manage a queue of service tickets, collaborating with colleagues and technical teams
• Suggest improvements to service processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Who You Are

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C2 level), with strong English communication (minimum B2)
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but your communication skills and enthusiasm matter most
• Comfortable across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), and adept at learning new tools quickly
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to adapt in a
