What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading digital wallet with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and
- ups in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.

Stay informed on the latest products, policies, and services to provide timely and accurate information.

Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.

Apply your knowledge of digital wallet products to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:

Have a high level of Dutch (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).

Have 1 year of experience working in a
- paced
- based retail, hospitality or customer service environment is preferred.

High school diploma (or the applicable hiring country equivalent).
-
Experience in an internet company, financial services industry, or transaction processor is preferred.
-
Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Have a strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications.

Have excellent
- solving skills and a creative,
- oriented mindset.
