Customer Service Representative (Dutch‐speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Document case details and assist with general, pre‐sales, and technical support
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve and close cases efficiently
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch and fluent English (minimum B2)
