Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Are you looking to grow and be inspired? As a Customer Service Representative in Porto, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfil client expectations related to operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Respond to inbound queries through chat, email, or tickets.
• Guide clients with knowledge and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
• Address queries and smooth out any hiccups in the customer experience.
• Innovate and organise to contribute to a seamless workflow and enhanced merchant experiences.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in European Portuguese (written and spoken at C2 level) with English fluency (minimum B2).
• Available for night shift (8 pm to 8 am).
• At least 1 year of customer support experience within a fast‑paced organisation.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a desire to go above and beyond targets.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.
• Problem‑solving spirit and a strong team player.
• Desire to learn and continue to develop.
