Job Description:

A Nutreco, part of the SHV group, is committed to "Feeding the Future" through sustainable and innovative practices. Nutreco operates in two main areas: Skretting, a global leader in aquaculture feed solutions, and Trouw Nutrition, focused on animal nutrition to improve health and productivity.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage order lifecycle activities, communicate with sales teams and customers about any deviations, and propose solutions to ensure timely, quality deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Manage orders to ensure correct and timely processing and delivery, communicating promptly about incidents.
• Handle all customer inquiries, calls, emails, and complaints proactively and efficiently.
• Track order status, inform relevant parties, and propose quick solutions when needed.
• Record and input order data accurately into the M3 system, and identify issues that may delay deliveries.
• Provide necessary delivery information and specifications to ensure smooth delivery.
• Document customer incidents and complaints in the CRM system and follow up accordingly.
• Plan orders with sales teams and customers to anticipate needs, optimize production and logistics, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance service levels.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Fluent in Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; experience with Workday or similar HR systems is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a
  - oriented approach.
