As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat on all their queries related to their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.

Your Qualifications:

• High level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• First successful experience in customer relations

• Computer literate in terms of Microsoft Office
• Versatile and highly organized
• Autonomous and able to work in a
