Customer Service Representative: Fluent French Speaker
Customer Service Representative is a key role that requires delivering
- quality service to ensure a superior customer experience.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for customer relationships and are fluent in French (written and oral) and English (B2). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat on all their queries related to their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver a
- quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience - Follow up customer queries until they are fully resolved, and meet commitments within agreed deadlines
Your Qualifications:
- High level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- First successful experience in customer relations
- Good interpersonal and writing skills
- Computer literate in terms of Microsoft Office
- Versatile and highly organized
- Autonomous and able to work in a
- changing environment
