Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00–19:00 (Rotational Shifts); Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Your Mission: Join our growing team in Braga and become the friendly, reliable voice for our French‑speaking customers! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help clients solve their problems, answer questions, and create positive experiences that build trust and loyalty. You'll work in a supportive environment where communication, teamwork, and empathy make all the difference.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
