Your Mission

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help clients solve their problems, answer questions, and create positive experiences that build trust and loyalty. What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
