Customer Service Representative French Speaker (Welcome bonus 3000 Euro)

Location: Lisbon (On-site)
Salary: 900/month (14 payments/year) + 100 bonus/month (12 payments/year)

Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in French to join our vibrant team in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries and provide
- quality support for an international brand. This is an on-site position that includes a 3000 Welcome Bonus, along with a competitive salary and benefits.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)

• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00

• Days Off: 2 days/week (rotational basis)

Salary & Compensation:

• Base Salary: 900/month (x14 months)

• Bonus: 100/month (x12 months)

• Meal Allowance: 7. 23 per working day

• Transport Allowance: 20/month

• Health Insurance:

  • Available from Day 1 (paid monthly)

  • Free after 6 months of contract

Relocation Package (Lisbon Only):
Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (after 6 months)
Shared Accommodation:

• Room provided for up to 12 months

• Rent: 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip)

Requirements:
Fluent in French
Valid EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visa (subject to approval)
Strong communication and
- solving skills
Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts
