Customer Service Representative (French‑Speaking) – Global e‑Commerce

What You Will Do In This Role

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators (checking order and logistics status).
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and SOW.
• Drive overall customer‑satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality through the case journey and providing regular updates across touch points.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels, achieving best‑in‑class productivity and impact resolution times for end customers.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1), verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (B2), verbal and written.
• Minimum education qualification of college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce.
• Experience working with call center (voice and non‑voice) and service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Fluent with social media product usage and basic understanding of digital advertising.
