As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), you will support our clients in various
- related areas, ensuring adherence to guidelines, promoting service improvements, and actively participating in client support.

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
- Answer questions about features, functionality, and account setup.
- Help customers resolve
- related technical issues, such as login errors or payment delays. - Guide users through account creation or identity verification processes.
- Maintain a positive customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support or technical teams.
Qualifications
- High level of French (oral and written) and fluent in English (C1).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
