As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), you will support our clients in various
- related areas, ensuring adherence to guidelines, promoting service improvements, and actively participating in client support.

Responsibilities

4. Guide users through account creation or identity verification processes.
5. Maintain a positive customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
6. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support or technical teams.

Qualifications

• High level of French (oral and written) and fluent in English (C1).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms.
• Ability to understand customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
