Job Title: Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) - Search Engine

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

What You Will Do In This Role

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
• Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
• Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for
  - technical users
• Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
• Keep up with the latest IT and
  - related trends
• Are proactive,
  - motivated, and a great team player
