As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site), you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services by incoming calls or emails.
• Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

• High level of English (written and oral).
• Excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
• Ability to identify customers’ needs and propose fast solutions.
• Proactive, results‑driven, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
