What you will do in this role

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
• Provide account and application support to viewers, especially regarding software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
• Provide accurate and
  - time answers to viewers’ inquiries
• Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client

Your qualifications

• High proficiency in French (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
• Passionate about the entertainment and media industry
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
• Positive and proactive attitude
