As a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On Site), your role will be to ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, including high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Assisting customers via multiple channels (email or phone) professionally and enthusiastically.

3. Gathering information from new customers and entering it into our platform.
4. Responding promptly to contact requests.
5. Contributing to a strong commitment to our client's brand.

Qualifications:

• High level of French (C1 written and oral).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose quick solutions.
• Proactive,
  - motivated, and a team player.
