Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.
• Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions.
• Educate users on the platform's features and help them optimize their websites.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
• Collect and relay user feedback to improve user experience.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in French (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2 level).
• Experience in customer service, tech support, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech-savviness with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and patience.
• Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
