As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations, fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence, high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.
• Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions.
• Educate users on the platform’s features and help them get the most out of their websites.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up to date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
• Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2).
• Have experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech‑savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
• Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
