• Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (Rotative shifts)
• Days off: 2 rotational days

Your Mission

Be the trusted voice for our international clients! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver exceptional support in German and English, ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling heard, valued, and satisfied. Working from home, you'll join a global team passionate about communication,

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional support via phone, chat, and email in German and English.
• Resolve inquiries with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate information and
  - quality service in every interaction.
• Collaborate remotely with your team to maintain service excellence.
• Stay proactive in helping customers find solutions and feel supported.

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
