Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices, where your role goes beyond customer support—you'll be helping patients and healthcare professionals with
- changing solutions.

What Youll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
• Handle inquiries, incidents, and questions regarding diabetes medical devices via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

• Rotative shifts Monday to Sunday, 24/7 coverage.
• 2 rotative days off weekly (informed 1 month in advance).
• Night shift premium at least +25% hourly rate (per Portuguese labor law).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1, 100 gross/month (14 months).
• Performance Bonus: 400 gross/month (11 months).
• Meal Allowance: 7. 63 net per working day.
• Welcome Bonus: 2, 000 paid in 4 equal parcels (after 3, 6, 9, and 12 months).
• Relocation Package: From outside Portugal – private room in a shared
  - arranged apartment for 280/month (up to 12 months, utilities included; deducted from payslip); flight reimbursement up to 400 (economy class, after 6 months).
• From inside Portugal – No relocation package unless currently in
  - provided accommodation.

Who Were Looking For

• Fluency in German (C2) essential.
• Advanced English (C1) for internal communication and training.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotative shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but training is provided.
