Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices, where your role goes beyond customer support - you'll be helping patients and healthcare professionals with
- changing solutions.

What You'll Do:

As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
• Handle inquiries, incidents, and doubts regarding diabetes medical devices via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule:

Rotative shifts Monday to Sunday, 24/7 coverage.

2 rotative days off weekly (informed 1 month in advance).

Night shift premium at least +25% hourly rate (per Portuguese labor law).

Compensation & Benefits

We value your commitment and reward it generously:

• Base Salary: 1, 100 gross/month (14 months).
• Performance Bonus: 400 gross/month (11 months).
• Meal Allowance: 7. 63 net per working day.
• Welcome Bonus: 2, 000 paid in 4 equal parcels.

Relocation Package:

From outside Portugal:

• Private room in a shared
  - arranged apartment for only 280/month (for up to 12 months, all utilities included deducted from payslip).
• Flight reimbursement up to 400 (economy class, after 6 months of contract).

• Fluency in German (C2) essential.
• Advanced English (C1) for internal communication and training.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and
