Position:

Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - FULLY REMOTE WITHIN GREECE

Location:

Fully Remote from Anywhere in Greece

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Join our international customer support team and assist travelers via phone, chat, and email.
• Help with booking changes, cancellations, and
  - related questions.
• Provide
  - notch support — no sales, just friendly help!
• Work together with a fun and supportive team.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Sunday:

08:

00 to 23:

00 (8 hours per day / 5 days per week with rotative shifts)

- Full-time 40h/week — perfect for exploring in the evenings!

What You Need:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Some customer service experience is a big plus
• Positive attitude and good communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

• 1, 380 gross/month + bonuses (14 salaries per year!)
