Your role

  • Deliver
    - quality inbound telephone support to customers in German.
  • Support both existing and prospective clients with clear information about products and services.
  • Handle operational and administrative requests in internal systems, including tariff changes, plan adjustments, service activations, and customer data updates.
  • Actively contribute to service quality and process improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Fluent German (minimum C1 level) – mandatory. English is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in the telecommunications sector.
  • Solid
    - solving mindset, with the ability to manage technical and
    - based tasks.
  • Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 20:00.
  • Reliable, punctual, and
    - centric professional profile.
  • Availability to work onsite in Porto.

Contract & compensation package

  • Initial 1-year contract.
  • Base salary: €1, 305 gross/month.
  • Meal allowance: €7. 91 per working day, paid via meal card (approx. 20 days/month).
  • Transportation allowance: €20/month.
  • Performance bonus: up to €500/month, based on individual results.
