Customer Service Representative German - No Experience Required
Your role
- Deliver
- quality inbound telephone support to customers in German. - Support both existing and prospective clients with clear information about products and services.
- Handle operational and administrative requests in internal systems, including tariff changes, plan adjustments, service activations, and customer data updates.
- Actively contribute to service quality and process improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level) – mandatory. English is an advantage.
- Strong interest in the telecommunications sector.
- Solid
- solving mindset, with the ability to manage technical and
- based tasks. - Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 20:00.
- Reliable, punctual, and
- centric professional profile. - Availability to work onsite in Porto.
Contract & compensation package
- Initial 1-year contract.
- Base salary: €1, 305 gross/month.
- Meal allowance: €7. 91 per working day, paid via meal card (approx. 20 days/month).
- Transportation allowance: €20/month.
- Performance bonus: up to €500/month, based on individual results.
