Position: Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)

Location: On-site in Porto

Start Date: 6 November 2025

Your Mission: Be the reason someone’s day gets better. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our German-speaking customers, providing support, solving problems, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Offer
  - quality customer support in German via phone, chat, and email.
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve requests efficiently.
• Keep accurate records and maintain service excellence at all times.

What You Bring:

• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Good English communication skills (B1+ or higher).
• Passion for helping people and solving problems.
• Patience, positivity, and a friendly personality.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, 06:00–21:00).
• 2 rotating days off per week.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but we love fast learners too!
