Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in German to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries and provide
- tier support for an international brand. This is an on-site position offering a Welcome Bonus of 3000 and competitive salary & benefits.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
• Days Off: 2 days on a rotational basis

Salary & Compensation:

• Base Salary: 1100 (x14 months)
• Bonus:
  • 135 (x12 months)
  • 120 (x12 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23/day
• Transport Allowance: 20/month
• Health Insurance:
  • Available from Day 1 (paid monthly)
  • Free after 6 months of contract

Relocation Package (Lisbon Only):

• Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (after 6 months)
• Shared Accommodation:
  • Room for up to 12 months
  • Rent: 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip)

Requirements:

• Fluent in German
• EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visa (subject to approval)
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Ability to work flexible rotational shifts
