About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for providing timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers across multiple communication channels. Your role will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates within internal systems.
• Deliver courteous and empathetic support to build strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively, contributing to satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve team targets.
• Share feedback on recurring challenges and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Native/fluent German (C2), with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills across multiple channels.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues with guidance.
• Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies.
• Organized,
