Customer Service Representative (German-Speaking) – Global

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Language: German required; English (B2) preferred

What You Will Do

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators, such as checking order and logistics status
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues to the client in accordance with the MSA and SOW on knowledge base
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics, provide regular updates across touch points
• Ensure adherence to service levels across channels and achieve
  -
  - class productivity and resolution times

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1) – verbal and written
• Fluent in English (B2) – verbal and written
• College degree or equivalent diploma
• Strong understanding of
  - commerce
• Experience in a call center (voice and
  - voice) and service industry
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiar with social media usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
