What You Will Do In This Role

• Contact third parties abroad by telephone and/or
  - mail in order to verify their payment information.
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Treat all data with extreme confidentiality
• Meet and exceed contractual goals

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions
• Are proactive,
  - driven,
  - motivated, and a great team player
• Have analytical ability and are comfortable with hardware/software tools
