We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German to join our dynamic team in Porto. This role requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 19:00 (Rotative shifts)
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
