Job Title: Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - Vehicles Transportation Platform.

Location: PRT Lisbon – Av. Mediterraneo, N°1.

Language requirements: German (Required); English (B2).

Time type: Full‑time, indefinite contracts (negotiable depending on experience).

What You Will Do In This Role

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about ongoing requests and different modalities, suggesting and adding information about services to meet customers’ needs.
• Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
• Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

Your Qualifications

• High level German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
