Customer Service Representative - Italian and English
Overview
Customer Service Representative - Italian and English at Catawiki. You will engage and delight our broad variety of customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints. You will address and resolve customer queries in a timely manner via chat, email, phone, and social media, mediating between customers when disputes arise.
The role supports customer retention and overall customer experience by collaborating with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve services and gather feedback for improvements.
What does the role involve?
Engage with customers to resolve queries and disputes across multiple channels. Mediate between buyers and sellers to find
- win solutions. Contribute to a positive customer experience and help customers return to the platform regularly.
This Is Who You Are
You are motivated to provide delight to customers, communicate clearly, and seek fitting solutions in a patient and empathetic manner. You will:
- Be professional in speaking and writing Italian and English; strong communication skills.
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Preferably have prior experience in a customer service environment or a
- related role (hospitality, tourism, retail,
- centre, etc. ). - Be able to switch quickly between channels (phone, email, chat, etc. ).
- Interact positively with teammates and other departments.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week.
- Be willing to commute to the Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week.
- Be flexible with working at least 2 weekends a month and on some public holidays.
- This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

- Annual gross base salary: 18, 000€ - 23, 000€ depending on level, competencies, and experience.
