Role Overview

Join an international hospitality brand specializing in modern, comfortable hotels that offer guests high‑quality service and competitive prices. As part of the Italian‑speaking customer service team based in Lisbon, you’ll ensure guests receive excellent support and a smooth reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone and email contacts from Italian‑speaking customers.
• Provide hotel information, pricing details, and assist with reservations and payments.
• Resolve inquiries about loyalty programs and customer accounts.
• Utilize reservation systems efficiently to match customer needs.
• Convert calls into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high performance standards and customer satisfaction.

Training Program

Duration: ~7 working days, 8 hours per day, conducted in English.

Content: System tools, reservation process, customer communication, and product knowledge.

Compensation during training: €185. 60 per week (paid upon successful completion). Contract signing occurs at the end of training or on the following workday.

Working Conditions

• Workplace: Modern office in central Lisbon (near Intercampus Metro and Train Station).
• Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break). Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
• Weekday hours: 08:00 – 20:00.
• Weekend hours: 08:00 – 18:00.
• Trial period: 1 month after contract signature.
• Holidays: Up to 22 days per year according to Portuguese labor law.

Compensation (With Apartment)

• Total gross monthly salary without apartment: €1, 040. 66.
• Total gross monthly salary with apartment benefit: €1, 366. 55 (including €200/month apartment benefit‑in‑kind).
