Position: Customer Service Representative

Employment type: Permanent contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services to set and manage customer expectations.
• Organize, update, and review documentation and records as needed.
• Communicate with customers via digital channels to share product details, process requests, resolve concerns, and gather information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Italian (C2) both verbal and written; fluent in English (minimum B2).
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills across platforms (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Understanding of customer service principles and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues with guidance.
• Quick learner of new software and technologies.
• Effective
  - solving skills and team collaboration.
• Organized,
  - oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a
  - paced environment.
