What You Will Do In This Role

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, and creators, such as checking order and logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and maintain quality standards.
• Escalate issues to our client according to the MSA and SOW knowledge base.
• Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality through the case journey and providing regular updates across touchpoints.
• Adhere to service levels across channels and achieve best‑in‑class productivity; impact resolution times for end customers.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1), both spoken and written.
• Fluent in English (B2), both spoken and written.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce.
• Experience in a call centre (voice or non‑voice) and service industry.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work both as a team member and independently.
• Familiarity with social media products and basic digital advertising knowledge.
