Shifts: Rotative, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Salary & Compensation
Base Salary: 875. 00 per 14 months
Additional Bonus: 150 per 12 months
Allowances & Benefits
Meal Allowance: 7. 23 per day
Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly, helpful voice assisting airline customers with their needs across various channels. Whether it's managing bookings, answering questions, or solving issues, you'll be an essential part of creating a smooth travel experience.
What Youll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and technical problems
- Provide support via voice, email, chat, and social media
- Match your communication style to the brand's tone and the customers needs
- Resolve complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Log all customer interactions and cases accurately
Who You Are
Native European Portuguese speaker, fluent in English (spoken and written)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center (preferred)
Tech-savvy with troubleshooting abilities is a plus
